Exercise: 2 mile jog (19 minutes including waiting at ~4 intersections), one hundred pushups (Week 3, Day 1)

Total weight loss/gain: -3.5 lbs
Successes:

Eating (relatively) healthy while on business travel.
Getting (some) exercise while on business travel.
Finding someone who will have me.

Failures:

Only running once.
Greasy fast food at the airport.

If I get engaged again this week, I’ll probably gain another 1 pound.
